Excelsis PMF is Strategic Planning and Performance Management Framework software for the Public sector. It uses a "Golden Thread" to bind together Plans, Actions, Appraisals, Indicators and Risks into an easy to use on line system.

2 Chart This! enables pie charts and graphs to be included alongside standard web reports.
3 Plans contain the Aims, Objectives, Priorities.
4 Monitor Actions directly from the plan.

Open Source Project with the support you need

Excelsis PMF is open source software, available at no charge, under the GNU General Public License. The software development and implementation model has been funded by Central Government as an output of the Enterprise Workflow National Project. Onward development is funded by the User Group of Local Authorities.

Pre Decision Assessment - Demo/trial site in your livery
This is one of the services that we provide to Policy Teams who want to assess the suitability of Excelsis PMF. We spend some time with you reviewing your plans, talking through the issues you face and supporting you to build your own demo version of the system on one of our servers. It is a quick and easy way of establishing if the software is right for your Organisation, saves months of research and is a great basis from which to launch your project.
